Does anyone have the same problem?

edit: Ok, so Chrome screwed me up and Edge works just fine :)

I just top up like 5 mins ago. Probably just busy.

It doesn't look like busy. I can go to Paypal page, but my friend can't. Don't know if it has any restriction.
