Is it just me or the "My Tickets" section has a problem? Because I've been trying to send tickets to the support team for weeks but everytime it says "Your ticket has been submitted" they don't appear in the My Tickets list anymore. And as a proof that it doesn't go to the support team's bin is that I've been sending so many for weeks now and there hasnt been any replies.
