General Discussion GAME CLIENT SUDDENLY CLOSED AFTER IN A FEW MINUTES

Hello guys, since last week's patch my game randomly shuts down, it was sometimes like 4 times a day but now today i can't even stay online for 5 minutes (bdo gives no reason or message or anything) Drivers are all up to date and I got a pretty decent pc and nothing is like overflowing (RAM,CPU)

Check your logs.

See the last Error Message of the log.
Then begin tracking from there.

Try

o Go to "My Document" , Delete the "Black Desert" Folder.(Make Backup)

o Check if your firewall/antivirus got conflict with BDO.

o Try restart your pc.

o Do you overclock cpu/gpu/ram?

o What graphic card you use? Try Download the latest graphic driver/ update your direct X

Happened to me but not as much as a 5minute crash but what i did is changed my destionation folder. (Drive C to Drive D) and it worked for me but not my friend and what my friend just did is reinstall his game and it worked for him. i know its weird but it worked for us.

Don't forget to clean the caches and clean your Logs.
I suggests to always clean them after or before patching/maintenance.

o Try lower your graphic setting/Texture.

o Try 32bit if you are using 64bit

o Try create a new Window's account , run as admin.

o Reformat your Laptop.

o Try using check files - Xigncode might be corrupted.

o Send ticket and have them check your log.
