win7 64, anyone having issue with BDO?

Hi All, 

I been playing BDO for past 1 years+ and no problem since dec 2019.

constant crash, freeze, black screen, bdo64 not working, many issue.. (ONLY WITH BDO).
for the past 1 year i do play BDO (in background + other game + twitch/youtube)

I tried literaly everything, really everything.. (please do not ask me log ticket :D i did and no responce at all, or either ask you log another ticket since patched).

here come to my mind and this will be my last solution, would like to know anyone here still running window7 and do you guys having any issue with BDO? 
my last option will be reformat with window10 home. (but it cost alot... i just checked website its around 250USD for home package omg...)

Nope, your obstacles are the same as mine(& my friend too). & im using Win10 64
the beginning of playing the game was never a problem as severe as this time.

I started playing at SEA in June. 

 

but lately there are many problems like you said. freeze, crash, force close, disconnected, cant open launcher, failed patch, etc is so many. Usually occurs after an update (new patch)

send ticket?? 23 tickets(more than 10 unique problems)  have been sent and none of them have been resolved & the answer always same like a robot. so funny useless SEA GM.

I have the problem 2 days ago.before i was able to access the game,usually i left my char,afk fishing.wake up in the morning,my pc was seems to have rebooted. Then i login again,i afk fishing again.30mins i left my pc,i came bck,it reboot again.try it again,now its getting worst.5 sec after reaching, start quit and setting menu,my pc reboot again automatically,and it still happen till now.been searching for answer,no luck. Cant send ticket,coz of 404 error page.

 

Currently im using window 10 64bit version 1909.

The same thing happening. I'm using Windows 10 64bit. My PC lags hang and freeze too. 
When I open the Shakatu Box my PC suddenly shut down and prompted a Blue Screen. 

This might be the worse week of update and patches, it's so buggy.

Also, add the INIT issues and Indonesian Language always on default.

tried reinstalling, the installer doesn't even work.

thanks guys, thanks for letting me know.. so window10 is not an option for me as well..

Im not having any issue with INIT issues, 

untill todate i guess .. i will stop trying download any nvidia driver version, it must be something wrong with BDO, the hell i having no error with other game !!

I got a massive fps drops too when grinding, i've set it to optimal and no effects. usually when it drops it only drops to 55 the worst 40, but now it constantly drops to 20-30 ish.

@LionessSpark, would like to know are u a Nvidia user as well?

same to other crash/freeze user. 

repair client/clean installation wont help for me. 
funny thing is.. when im performing garden/farm cropping. it crash within 1minit all the time.. or stand around those farming crop.. i guess something wrong with the game itself, because i got no issue with other game at all.

Updated my NVIDIA video card just in case. No Help.

As well as:
Reinstall, Scan Files, Cleared DUmp, Updated Bios, Updated OS, Virus Scan, VPN, PC TuneUp, Registry Clean Up. Nothing works.

Already sent a Ticket, waiting for new reply again.

@LionessSpark, I guess no use loggin another ticket.

are u having TDResponce timeout issue? if yes can google to try fix with registry file setting (but still no fix for me).

i even try to lower my driver (keep trying different, and currently at 347.88something).

if im standing right infront of my farm, or farm cropping, it crash instantly lolx. (so once i do some setting tweaking, i will stand right infront of my farm to see whether is it fixed) .

Btw i guess u may refer to threads in BDOint, we're not alone.. and it seems like something wrong with BDO, my guess would be the game is not optimised with our game and we either gotta wait months or years for the fix (i remember previous experience IP issue with BDO from malaysia player, it tooks 3 month in order to fix.. and this crash issue has been months also..)

there is no log at all, no response just straight out crashes my PC. No dump file made, PC just stop responding. I can open the game just for a few minutes, just enough time to renew my investment banks, longer than 5mins my entire PC will crash. Within that time I can feel the lag, my mouse is delayed, even with 25mb speed and optimal setting.
For sure it's not my GPU since I can other games pretty well.

So it is BDO is the problem, we need to hope that PA solved the problem tomorrow.

My ticket just got replied,from GM_Olvia. Wanna know what he said? 

He said,they understand that i have the problem about my pc reboot everytime.so they check my accout and found out im already logged in and able to acess the game.

 

I said what?? Simple as that??

I am running this game on Win7 64bit (9900k, 2080ti, 32gb) and it is stable except for rare crashes once like maybe 2 days.

 

But I do experience lots of stuttering problem even in Low Spec mode

Hello, is there something wrong on the new patch? (Lahn Succ) my client force closes right away after I click start game in the patcher. This is my first time happened to me tho. Restarted pc couple of times, checked updates on GPU and Windows, nothing to avail.

@WarSoh, i played BDO for 1yr+ and i got random crash since Last year end 2019 and it just keep get worst and no solution to it till now (more then 3 month already), i suggest you may look at the BDO international site (forum page, theres alot alot alot ppl/threads regarding the BDO crash/freeze issue, hopefully you can find the solution there..) i dont think BDO will fix this meanwhile. (i say BDO to fix the game this is because we having no issue with other game, just BDO , theres alot ppl having same problem like us)

@Lockwood if patch problem i guess repair fill will do the trick?

@Azagthoth, straight reboot? mine is freeze like 5min (sound all shut off). forced to click the reset button.

have you try to tackle problem via event viewer?

Hello, i will spefically look at the ERROR or CRITICAL event (im 1st time using it).

I did alot of stuff (downgrade driver to 2015 version, change visual memory, change power plan, resite all my hardware, because based on study might be BDO not optimized and some small hardware issue causing the freeze/unstable, and those hardware issue could not be diagnosed..... you need some luck there..).

then for each ERROR (theres a code, whether Nvidia driver issue or what, i google my AXX off and literaly try everything.. having to say that i got no issue with other game.. only bdo..). 

 Beside that, you may look into BDO international forum/technical threads such as topic below or theres alot more topic about the recent patch cause thier PC to crash/freeze/shutdown, and all of them only having these issue while playing BDO only.. (i suggest u read tru all, and other topic as well... i read something that some of the pc hardware lightning software causing the issue such as alienware corsair RGB, which ofcuz still BDO issue.... )

ok guys.. after i've read throughly,the link given by @SongJ, thanks man,im able to get through the game without any problems.i do have iCUE installed on my PC. after i stopped this servis( CorsairLLAService } then i run the game client,till now i didnt hav any force PC reboot.

@Azagthoth good for you.. meanwhile for me its getting worst .. freeze on BDO and require hard restart.. trying on other game totally no issue, once login BDO freeze and sound continue playing and require hard restart..

May i suggest to you try this method,suggested by GM Ilya through my ticket( which i have tried it,but it didnt work for me ). But i make sure i've copy the file 1st,so it wont take time to downloading the update again.. hopefully it work.
