1. Position yourself north of Oquilla's Eye

2. Click the 2 swords on the top right

3. See the blue light

4. Sail towards the blue light

 

5. The moment you sail past the blue light, it's vell's realm

All you have to do is use minimap to check that you're going as straight north as possible

Whenever there's a mention of MilkTea, all I can remember is that epic video they made, my faves are the slowmo archer in the end and the Shai swimming underwater during Vel. Still the best video for me.
