Is it possible to change email for my account?

Because I totally forgot the password the email that I use for Black Desert. I tried to reset but I'm totally locked out. Almost 3 weeks now.

I create that email because I want to separete game and personal email. Now I love the game, I want to change to my real email.

How to change it? Any guide?
