Hi there. I tried to convert my Pen Tuvula shoe to Tranan Underfoe. I had already graduated from Seasonal character but the game is not allowing me to convert the Pen Tuvula shoe to a Tet muskan shoe. I also used the exchange boss weapon with Tranan underfoe but it did not allow me to exchange my Tuvula shoe to Tet muskan. 

I accidentally deleted the reform stone for the Tuvula shoe and used the exchange boss gear coupon. I thought you need to simply convert the PEN Tuvula shoe to Tet muskan gear. Please help. If you can simply have my Tuvula gear changed to Tet muskan I would highly appreciate it. Thank you for help. Looking forward for assistance

try to retrieve the item using "Item Restore" feature.

Esc->Adventure Support->Item Restore

I don't know if it can be restored. But you should try it.

EDIT: Nevermind, i tried it and can't be restored. So.. RIP.

The Tuvula shoe reform stone doesn't show on item restore feature. Can you please convert my Pen Tuvula shoe for Tet muskan shoe

Hi Sylph, I'm not sure if it will work, but maybe you can raise a ticket? It is possible that PA will not give you the item back, but it's worth a try. Your unconverted PEN Tuvala will be deleted/unusable unless converted to a regular Tuvala first.
