Greetings adventurers, today I'm going to cover on what node to invest around Keplan. Do note that, what I'm going to share is based on my own personal opinion and setup I currently have. Keplan is the land of coal. If you have not seen my node investment you may click on the link below:

1) Sufficient amount of Contribution Point (CP)
2) Worker Lodging
How many workers in Keplan
There are a total of 10 workers (9 from lodging + 1 free from town) can be hired in this town. You can purchase an additional 3 lodging from pearls which make it up to 13 workers at
Keplan. In my opinion, there no need to spent so much CP at Keplan as there no much resources nearby besides coals & mushroom. There are Ore nodes not far away from Keplan but it required high CP to connect over which I find it not worth to do so.
What node to Invest?
As mentioned, Keplan is the land of coal, so there no much node to invest here besides for coal. You may also invest in the mushroom node if you are main Alchemy. Below is my setup at Keplan:
|Nodes||Materials||Total CP from Keplan||Node Linkage||Remarks|
Powder of Crevice
|2||Keplan --> Keplan Quarry|
Powder of Crevice
|9||Keplan --> Keplan Quarry -->North Abandon Quarry --> Marni Cave Path --> Marni Lab --> Glutoni Cave||This node is costly, I recommend if you have excess CP which no other node to invest, then you can invest in it.|
Big Emperor Mushroom
Total CPs required for setup above
* This excludes CPs invested to the inventory
|Items||Total CP||Lodging Location|
Keplan 3-1, Storage
My take away notes for Keplan node investment, if you lack of CP, I will recommend just unlock the Keplan Quarry for coals. By doing so, you only required 2 CPs (1 free worker + 2 CP to connect from Keplan town to Keplan Quarry) instead of 19 CP. These 18 CP, you can use it to invest in another place. You can always come back to unlock the other 2 nodes later when you have extra CP.
That is for my setup on Keplan node. Feel free to share you Keplan node setup here for other adventurers to refer. This would be good for beginners to have more options or general ideas on node investment.
Our much needed coal. I need them like oxygen for steel work.
