i got some trouble for this updates. by changing the cooking's byproduct really mess up the fun. The new byproduct is too freakingly low to a level what i call "catastrophe" for me. 
really?! ....

For a test, i cooked 1851 Essences of Liquor, but only got 17 Witch Delicacy... its really kill the fun.. 
meanwhile before update, i can get roughly 100-200 of all kind byproduct. i can exchange it to any kind of goods and CPs.
Then after the update, i got only a few byproducts. you can change 10 of it for only one kind of goods... only ONE!! 

Seriously?!! Not only the rate is freakingly low, but the amount is insanely low too..

Here come the reason that make nonsense to me . . .

"... too much weight, bla bla bla~ ..."
What the hell?

For me that have a base at Altinova, if i want to exchange it, just send the byproducts to Heidel by Transport first,  i dont mind it at all...

After all things, this update really ridiculous to the point i shrivel my face up
I hope Devs can thinking wisely of this... 

I just saw this and I tested - I mean, I did some afk cooking and it's sad to say... I only got 100 of the new byproducts from 10k batch of cooking. It's so hard to get lots of if. 

I Agree!!! The byproduct droprate is really low compared to the older ones. Some tested on it where the droprate of the witch delicacy is somehow affected by the level/grade of dish you were cooking. The higher level of the dish you cook (I mean spam while AFK), the higher chance of you getting the byproduct they say. 

Yea this kind of update is a nerfed to cooking lifeskill and alchemy kinda sad but hopefully PA increase the chance to get the new byproduct.

For me who recently started  doing back my alchemy and cooking, i saw a very huge nerf to the new byproduct compared to the last one :(. I hope PA can increase the rate and maybe add the place to exchange in heidel because olivia is so far away and many people i think are doing lifeskilling in heidel. Correct me if im wrong.

I haven't read the latest update and was not able to do cooking this last weekend, so thank you for this information. I'll try it as soon as I can and share my results as well. Hope they make it better this coming update after learning that most were not happy with the last one.
