but why in taiwan version i only got 50-80ms, 270 is playable yes but if u pvp u will get whack and dead quickly because the animation of those who only got 50ms is so much faster than 270ms.

Read it somewhere that they will use singapore server at the start of beta. Hope its true cuz im also getting 200+ms.

We can only be sure about the ping when CBT starts, as the character editing server may be different from the actual CBT server
