I've been on this 1% for past 40mins , i donno what it's downloading but it's continusly downloading something.

BTW, if i copy paste paz files from bdo NA/EU it will patch faster?

no you can't, those paz files are different from SEA client

I would say that if you're at 1% for 40mins you need to restart the client. The whole download took about 35-40mins (25GB).
