I'm experiencing the Client Authentication Failure issue, I did check files, restart my PC, re-install the game. but nothing happend

Already submit ticket, but no answer given yet.

appreciate your help on this one.

I fix it already,
what I did is just simply go to setting in BDO launcher, and hit the Recover WinLicense tab.
and the game start normally.
