once u can logged in ursafe till ur decide to change character or switch server .
BDO literally close it self and i need to restart so many time till ican log - in please

i call unifi and they give me no problem with my internet connection, but i still cant connect game.
Recenly my Unifi speed was upgraded for free, its now 100mbps. This is the only change im aware of.
Samething happen here. Change character DC then cant connect back to Sever have to try sever time to to connect back.
Same here. Can't change character due to the fact that it will disconnect and when I reconnect again, same thing '' failed to connect'' message box appear again. The game is already heavily rng and now what? Rng connection? It need several tries to connect to the game. Already 4 days still having the same problem. No offence but PA, what are your technical team doing???
I'm also Unifi user here. Until yesterday 31st December 2018, I was still able to log in into the game after few tries but now, 1st January 2019, no matter how many time I tried, I am unable to login into the game. Sometimes the game shows me error or server connection on the launcher after press play game, sometimes the game crashed when I am on the game interface screen (that has "start", "setting", "exit" options). Most of the time, it shut downed by itself after I select which game server to join in.
I am able to join in the black desert lab server without any problem so far. The problem is with the main black desert online server only.
Using Maxis internet service, there is no problem in joining both versions of the game but that is my phone quota and I don't want to use it for the game. Hopefully Pearl Abyss able to solve this issue as fast as they could after tomorrow maintenance, 2nd January 2019.

i'm using unifi 100mbps without any problem, you all have try to set your dns to google dns? example: preferred dns server and Alternative dns server set to 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52
The saddest part is they didn't even acknowledge this as one of their problem. Look at "known issue" , they didn"t even put it in there. Sigh.

I'm using Maxis Home Fiber. They colloborate with TM for the fiber lines.
These my two centsand so far nobody mention. Logically in my opinion i can explain this ( dont mind my inaccuracies, but logically it work like this )
Our TMnet malaysia internet rightful purchasing and dispersing quota to certain states or time period. Tmnet pruchased from I called default bandwidth quota rented from vendors / owner of internet submarine cable from US, EU etc
By right unifi bandwidth was shared with all mmo online not just Black Desert, like other player mention here, we play on PC mmo, pubg, bf5, war of tanks, etc
Imo, they do not pay fee to msia government or tmnet for these online services cause you have to remember, outsiders site utilised our Unifi bandwidth to promote ads and getting subscriptions.
Same goes with netflix, appletv, google, youtube, etc. this all shared with mmo. Those eat a lot of bandwidth which im not sure how much did TmNet subscribe from internet submarine vendor to fulfill needs.
Granted YES, Maxis, DIGI etc can access online better than unifi, but their quota is still good compare to majority use Unifi for all heavy usages.
And of course they pay subscription service tax, if legal, some not. Those just subscription. If you pay for Pearls from third party inclusive of so called service tax, this dont pay direct to Tmnet or under internet service. This under government coffer. above it, whos paying for the coverage of heavy bandwidth usages which may give TMent to improve their infrastructure ort more quotas. Yes we unifi subscribers pay for monthly quota, but bandwidth shared with all malaysians thus there be some outrage of certain mmo from time to time due to Unifi quota. Some of us use heavily, some not.
Yes this come to mcmc, to do some digital tax on local online biz or implement rules for TMnet to tax Netflix , others for high bandwidth usages. Im afraid, Msia dont do that. Yes of course ift all depend whther unifi can upgrade and rent more quotas.
