hello,

i keep encountered so much error with the launcher... at first it made decent progress, now it barely download anything..

when i do the file check, i got this error "Failed to verify the integrity of newly received Package file"

my current state is Indonesia, and i already downloaded the files around 8,6 GB

anyhelp will be appreciated..

im from indonesia too (smg+jgj) right now i dont have any problem with the downloading process.

if mine got problem or done i will tell u on here.

I have the same problem and I already tried the check file but it's still the same. I think it's their server that have problem, because my connection are fine.

i solved mine already...
first, u need to disable your antivirus, idk why but there is a chance that your antivirus hinder the launcher for working properly,,,

second, you need to change your DNS to google open DNS "https://blackdesert.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004063149"
it works for me..
