You may encounter the [Untrusted system file] error message if a corrupted system (.dll) file was discovered while launching the game.
Please follow all of the steps below to repair corrupted system files.
◆ Repair Corrupted System Files Using System File Checker Tool (SFC.exe)
1. Open an elevated (administrator privileges) Command Prompt ("cmd" in Windows search)
2. Enter [sfc /scannow] (without brackets)
3. Restart your PC and launch the game
* The steps above will automatically repair corrupted files.
If corrupted files are not found even after following the steps above, please try the following:
1. Open an elevated (administrator privileges) Command Prompt ("cmd" in Windows search)
2. Enter [DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth] (without brackets)
3. Once step 2 is complete, enter [DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth] (without brackets)
4. Once step 3 is complete, restart your PC and launch the game

You may encounter this error message if EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat) fails to automatically install.
You can troubleshoot this issue by manually installing it with the installation file located in the folder Black Desert Online is installed in.
Please follow the steps below to manually install EAC.

· [Black Desert Online Installation Directory] → Right-click the “EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe” file located in the [EasyAntiCheat] folder → Click “Run as administrator”
* Default Black Desert Online Installation Directory: [Default Drive] → [Pearlabyss] → [BlackDesert]
If the problem persists even after manually installing the security program, please download the file below and right-click the file to “Run as administrator.” Afterward, please try launching Black Desert Online.
