We are aware of the issue where Adventurers using certain ISPs are unable to log in to the official Black Desert homepage/game launcher and are experiencing inconveniences in using our services.
If you experience this problem when logging into the homepage, we ask that you try the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Unable to log in to Web: Please try to log in after deleting the cookie information on your web browser.
- Unable to log in to Game Launcher: Please try to log in after deleting the “cookies” file in Black Desert installation folder.
However, if you are still unable to log in after deleting your cookie information, please contact our Customer Support.
We apologize to all our Adventurers that are experiencing inconvenience in using our Black Desert service, and we will notify you once this issue is resolved.
