We would like to make an announcement regarding the issue regarding the ‘Failed to update patch files’ pop-up.
The cause of this problem has been determined as occurring to only Adventurers that use specific internet service providers (ISP). We have confirmed that cache server issues with the ISPs were affecting Black Desert downloads.
We have now resolved the issue with the ISPs in question and have made sure that you will be able to play normally.

We are currently working hard to determine the cause of other launcher issues and to fix them as fast as we can.
