We will be performing a scheduled maintenance for Black Desert on November 2, 2022 (Wed) in order to improve our services and bring you the latest updates.
During the maintenance, services related to the Black Desert Website, Game Login, and Web Central Market will be temporarily unavailable.

As announced in the Regarding Early Closure of Events & Promotions notice, we will be ending the following events and promotions during the scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, November 2. Please refer below for more information.

* As the events and promotions above are being ended early during the November 2 maintenance, we will be sending the following items to the in-game mailboxes (B) of Adventurers who logged in after the maintenance on October 19, 2022 (Wed) and before the maintenance on November 2, 2022 (Wed).
- 60 Event Item Exchange Coupons and 50 of Each Pumpkin Candy
* As the Ancient Black Spirit’s Adventure event and Challenges end during the November 2 maintenance, any unused Halloween dice and unclaimed event challenges will be removed during the same maintenance.
- The item exchange coupons that you could have obtained from the event Challenges will be sent via in-game mail (B).
* As the event bosses will be removed early, we will be adding a selection box for the shoulder pieces obtained from the event boss that can be purchased for 100 silver.

■ Maintenance Impact
- Unable to access the website, payment service, and forum
- During the web account maintenance, game logins will be unavailable from 02:00-05:00
* All services related to the website will be unavailable.
■ Support Center Maintenance
- Affected Service(s): Black Desert Support Center
- Maintenance Schedule: November 2, 2022 (Wed) 05:00 ~ 06:00 (1 Hours)
■ Maintenance Impact
- Unable to access the Support Center
Additional Notices
* Once maintenance begins, you will be disconnected from the game even if you are waiting in queue.
* Please move your character to a safe location (safe zone) before exiting the game/maintenance begins in order to avoid being attacked by monsters or other Adventurers.
* You may receive an error message if you try to sign-up on our website during the maintenance.
* If you receive an error message stating that you are already logged in after the maintenance, please try restarting your client.
Update Preview
● More Truffle Mushrooms will be added to the Black Desert world.
● Refined Essence of Emotions, an item that allows you to extract cups from accessories, will be added.

* The deadline for submitting an Arena of Arsha sign-up form and purchasing the in-game Arena of Arsha Application is until the maintenance on Nov. 2.
