After the Valencia update, I've been experiencing this error.
-My Heidel Storage has open slots
-My Heidel Workers won't start working
-Activity on the Nodes ______linked to Heidel are paused/halted
It appears this that this bug, is present with NA/EU as well but they haven't fixed before implementing the Valencia update in SEA.
