Second no explanation about removal of reviews and user blocks on FB.

Third, as I've expected, they will use localization as one of the reason. If you are this behind in localization, then why you released it? You make us SEA player uneducated barbarians and can't speak english, just put it in english language. Those who can't speak a bare minimum english shouldn't be playing an MMORPG anyway.

Fourth is that the point still stands. January is a bad date to launch. For some of us players we don't care about this since game is not our life we could just quit this game anytime, but you already lost a huge chunk of players. My friends cancelled their planned purchase and instead will wait out the new MMORPG in Jan. Critiscism is still valid, bad marketing. It worked in Turkey BDO as it launched in time for holiday, you should have used your head and launched SEA ahead if it will take you 6 weeks for some little optimization.

Fifth. Is your inability to distiguish "Launch Date" an "OBT". IDK if this is your translator's mistake, but OBT is not the official release. Jesus, I've been part of a development team half decade ago and have since played countless of other MMORPG and there is always a distinction between the two dates.

As I've said all the contstructive criticism still stands. Kudos for not being totally deaf(although you actually can't, can you?), but you never tackled the criticism although you said "you have read the feedbacks". You never read the feedbacks and just doing some half baked damage control. For sheeples and the gullible, they now have turned their colors, but not for someone who's using their brain and actually have been in a similar position.

P.S. as per tradition, OBT is usually the phase of network stress test as you will now see a higher number of players compared to CBT. So it is again a bad decision to finalize network fixes before you even done a real network stress test, or do you not expect your playerbase to exceed that of CBT? Again, you said it's "Official Release" and then say it's "OBT" in other. SMH. My god, get a better marketing team.

I will give PA the benefit of doubt as they have no game hosting experience. It also makes me wonder what kinda people they employ to run this game ... This is just another classic example of idiotic decision that is pissing off the fans...

I played BDO TW and I can tell you the game will continue to be buggy as it develop further. Since there is no better alternative in the market right now, I will bear with it for the time being. But if you decided to give it a try, then be prepare to bear with the $hitty customer service as well along the way, just like any other MMO...

In short, take it or leave it you bunch of whinners ... which includes me T_T
