Increase Ninja/Kuno stealth cooldown

Its ridiculous. 20 secs cooldown with flow 20 secs stealth form. 24/7 stealth form. Even my grandma can see something wrong with this, much less a professional team of game developers.

Most brain dead class. Attack from stealth, run combo rotation, escape. Repeat.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.
