Hello, i've recently sent in a support ticket and have recieved a reply from one of the GM's telling me "send the information below" but there is no actual reply box for me to do so. The only other way to reply with contact is to either open up another support ticket under the same context with the information they asked me to provide in the original or to respond to the support ticket through the email that you get sent along with their reply even though the email itself is a noreply email? i was just wanting to know if anyone else has come across this problem and how they managed to reply back.
You'll need to file for a new ticket :) If they requested any information, be sure to attach it in your next ticket. Hope this helps!
Hi, I accidentally bought an outfit in the pearl shop and after that I still tried to open it with 6 parts set of costume, am I able to refund it to get my pearls back? thanks
Hope you're doing well. It's best to raise a ticket for these kind of issues. Personally I do not think it is possible, but you can try raising a ticket for an official response.
