I have filed a ticket about my Acoin purchase.
I have received the confirmation of purchase in the Razer Gold website (molpoints) but I haven't received the acoin yet. I am planning to buy the 10 million exclusive event package, but it is only until 12/31/18 11:59.
May I know how many days it took for the CS replied?

Hi Inaxx, I think the current pandemic has affected the turnaround time. Still better to send in your ticket. I believe the official BDO SEA discord is manned as well.

Just happened to see this post because it's up on the main page of forums. The post is in 2018, it's like 2 years old post and I don't know if 2018 already have Covid-19 or Corona Virus.

Hello~
Well... I heard few people got their ticket replies very very late and not sure why. I always got mine in the same day (if sent one early in morning) or the next day (if it's not weekends or holidays). Just be patient for a bit, even though their replies are too generic or like bot replies, they always need to check the tickets - they probably getting lots of ticket in a day.

this game ticket replying services is too dead i have screenshot proof how long they took on my email reply also their gm taking free money without doing any work
i hereby request to remove ur current gm and hire new and active gm for active ticket response
also @roznelle its not they get too many ticket they not even want to see it after 3 days they eating free bdo money for nothing most game reply same day or after tomorrow

hey peace of xxxx i playing game since 2018 they never reply ticket until 3 day gone have proof of old email stop saying covid make u no reply people at home can run pc to send reply also before 2 year ur services same as like this shit xxxxx want proof of 1-2 year old ticket response delay?
