"FAILED TO CONNECT" PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED


When this update released: https://www.sea.playblackdesert.com/News/Notice/Detail?BoardMasterNo=1&CountryType=en-US&SearchType=&SearchText=&isProgress=True&BoardType=2&boardNo=2037. The connection was OK, temporary. No problem, we all thought Pearl Abyss already fix it. We all happy.

 

SUDDENLY. Hotfix release: https://www.sea.playblackdesert.com/News/Notice/Detail?BoardMasterNo=1&CountryType=en-US&SearchType=&SearchText=&isProgress=True&BoardType=2&boardNo=2039

 

THE CONNECTION PROBLEM. RETURN. AND... IT MUCH MUCH MUCH WORST. 10 TIMES LOGIN FAILED NO MORE. NOW 30+ TIMES LOGIN, STILL FAILED!

 

I WANT COMPENSATION! MY VALUE PACK DURATION TICKING BUT I CAN'T PLAY! F'!

Yes bro i have no problem login or switch server or switch character after the maintenance on 20/2/2019. I though PA fixed the problem but forgot to mention or they accidently fixed the problem which i am happy to know. But on 21/2/2019 when i try to login, the rng is back.

So now we know this shatstorm is their doing, and they hotfixed it so that we continue having the problem

they don't give a f about connection. all they reply "send us a ticket"

Then after that they say they'll send it to the approriate team but after that nothing... they just leave you hanging, they say they will update you but how? There is no reply button on their tickets they just mark it as "solved" I just don't bother anymore now makes me want to quit the game.

It will take a while before you get the failed to connect box to pop up, if the screen doesnt go to the server selection after 5 seconds just close the game via task manager. same goes with the next one. saves me a lot of time. From half an hour of my time spent on doing rng login reduced to just 2-5mins most of the times and sometimes on bad day 5 -15mins. but still it is really annoying when you have to do the same thing over and over again. I stopped spending money on this game since last month, Its just not worth it anymore. Now i started to do trade since my vp runs out soon. Too bad we dont have loyalty vp in our version. Am i the only one who thinks that we get a crappy version of black desert compare to other version. There are a lot of stuff that we dont have in our version but others do.

BUMP. Still failed to connect. It's annoying. Came back from work, playing game to release stress... End up getting more stressed instead.

Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run Launcher to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.
