LIKE USUAL.
AFTER WEDNESDAY MAINTENANCE.
FAILED TO CONNECT PROBLEM
STILL NOT FIXED!
EVERY TIME I PRESS START.
MOST OF THE TIME, THIS HAPPEN...
FAILED TO CONNECT!
THE IP THE GAME TRY TO CONNECT IS THIS (103.97.51.129), WHICH IS LOCATED IN TAIWAN. LOOK AT "SYN_SENT". MY CLIENT ALREADY SENT A REQUEST TO THE SERVER, BUT NO RESPONSE. MY INTERNET IS FINE!
EVEN IF I MANAGE TO PASS SUB-PASSWORD.
ROUND 2 OBSTACLE AWAIT....
THIS IS THE HARDEST ONE!
LESS THAN A MINUTE STUCK THERE, IT CRASH TO DESKTOP (CTD).
THE SERVER I TRY TO CONNECT IS HEIDEL-1. HEIDEL-1 IP IS (103.97.51.140). THE CONNECTION IN THIS SCREENSHOT IS ESTABLISHED, AFTER DOZENS OF TRIES. DOZENS OF TRIES IS NOT NORMAL
(THAT IS EQUIVALENT OF 24 FAILSTACK, DON'T MAKE IT HARDER).
WHOIS INFO SAID IP STARTING 103.97.48.1 ~ 103.97.51.255 IS REGISTERED UNDER Pearl Abyss (Maybe all BDO Server like NA/SEA/MENA is there) Refer: here. The location or the number of the server, is not a problem.
BUT WHY MALAYSIAN WITH SPECIFIC ISP ALWAYS GET THE "FAILED TO CONNECT" PROBLEM?

im upvoting this as well, please keep this topic active.. really annoying and its not acceptable, how the hell can we TOLERATE 3 MONTH OF SUCH LOGIN ISSUE>????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This thread gonna be forgotten as well, you will have to make a new one in order for it to appear on the first page (its already on the 3rd page by the time im typing this). Thanks to the korean spam threads. Do we even have a community manager/forums moderator to delete all that spams? you might ask. Doesnt look like they do since communication with the gaming community is really important but all i see they do is directing whatever questions or inquiries about the games to the support team. They sure did delete my post real quick when i posted about how badly designed their forums is, its almost like they dont want players to post anything on it. They really need to do some upgrades on this forums (pretty sure they gonna edit/delete my post entirely like they did last time). They might want to consider hiring new guys to re-do their forums.
Back to the topic, NA/EU does have similar problems. Connection Issues Megathread Connection have been major issues for a lot of players in their servers everytime they released new patches and updates. There's nothing much for a publishing company can do anyway. I guess everyone is just waiting for Pearl Abyss to come up with new patch(es) that could fix the connection but dont hold your breath. I bet it will take them months if not years for them to finally resolved the problem. For the time being, go look for something that is fun and you could at least enjoy playing without so much problem. And dont spend any more money on this game until the problem is resolved.
