Just a quick question. When will P.A enable gifting? And what was the reason why gifting pearl items are disabled?

In the past, the gifting system in BDO has been used normaly by players. In order to prevent possible fraud, this gifting system has been limited to characters from Lv.50 and up. However, in the past few months, the amount of fraudulent transactions through the gifting system has increased by a large amount nevertheless.

and also  it was due to stolen credit cards, some people basically stole the credit card informations of other people (those can be completely unrelated to bdo) and sold pearls for less than pearlshop prices.

It just means that even though the markets function changed some players still find a way to abuse gifting.

They would enable it again, i guess for christmas because for obvious reasons.

I specifically bought steam packages to gift my pain some shop items AFTER they have confirmed that its okay to gift to others, but now I cant even move my remaining pearls! Hope this is just a temporary ban.

Any idea when they'll lift the restriction?

They'll probably lift the restriction after the discount period for Steam BDO SEA. It's just a hypothesis, don't quote me on that.
