Bad module error bdo startup loading screen dec.17

Someone also has this issue and we werent able to solve it.
The reason is that the error does not specify or gives clues what caused the error in the first place.
Looking at google search results, its related to:
1. Not being admin or does not have admin rights. (But the game was compiled with Admin Priveleges in the first place)
2. Outdated graphics drivers.
