bad module error

I'm having a bad module error in this last patch I have send a ticket to the bdo technical support but it seems they don't how to fix the problem. I haven't played for 5 days now I really want to do the event quest
I've Google search this error to fix the problem they suggest that : disable screen optimization I've done it but don't work for me, I updated my and drivers but don't work either. My last option is to reformat and download it again my problem is I don't have unlimited internet it's very expensive to dl this game it's very big and I need to hire technician to do it for me. Have anyone fix this error mind sharing to me

Where does this error occur?
During loading screen?
During starting the game from the launcher?
I remembered having this in my case it was related to xigncode, could be different from yours.
Before you reformat, can you try to file check and see if that has alleviated your issue?

It was during starting the game from launcher then after xingcode will finish loading. What check file is that the same as scan files? I clicked that scan files and it started downloading after it finish. the error still occur when I try to start the game

It would be great if i can take a look at your PC via teamviewer. Else you can try to delete Cache, Log folders in game client. Then go to My documents>Black Desert, make a backup of this folder and delete everything inside except screenshot folder then try to open the game again.

That is the issue here, the error itself does not indicate what is wrong or gives a hint.
We cannot continue to guess what caused the error.
But if possible try:
1. Move your game folder (entire bdo folder) to different drive. Maybe there's a disk error that made some files corrupted and unreadable.
2. Install Visual C++ redist from Microsoft.

3. Depending on your graphics card provider, please do update your drivers.
Lastly, may I know what is your PC specifications?
If you dont know, click start -> type "run" -> in Run window -> type "dxdiag" without the quotes.
When DxDiag window is shown, click on "save all information".
Save the file, it should be in your desktop.
Open it in note pad and copy-paste it in https://pastebin.com.
Lastly, paste your pastebin url here so I can take a look.
