The order system in central market, is it RNG or is it like a list

for example if I order some costume and I am the 13th person in order is it 1/13 I will get costume or I am the 13th person that will get costume

AFAIK, If you put PO on highest price together with other 13 people, the one who will get the item will be random/rng based

If there's someone who put PO at higher price than you, then he will get the item eventho the seller choose to sell it at the price you put PO on.

Hi Lavin! I've experienced this personally. There were 4 POs at highest price on the Forest Path wagon. I put the sane PO and was surprised I got the item and the other 4 POs were still there, even though I was the 5th 1 to put the PO on the same price.
