Client closes after selecting server

not sure if anyone has the same issue. I was able to log in initially after patch to do some of the awakening stuff. However, after I tried to switch to an alt for Kzarka (around 10.50AM), my client closed itself out of the blue. Afterwards, whenever I start up the game, I could go all the way to server select screen, but it will automatically close after choosing ANY server too. restarting the pc didn't help either, so looking for any suggestions to fix

go to bdo folder delete all the file in cache

And then after it goes back to normal? I'm experiencing something similar just now. I am able to log in the game, but it will crash after a few mins. I can select character and server just fine, but can only stay in the game for a few mins. I did a restart and raised a ticket, now so far I haven't crashed.
