Hi, I think there is a bug with "A Talk With Elion" knowledge. There's a book that gives "A Talk With Elion" knowledge on 1st floor of Calpheon Library, you can't obtain that knowledge till you finish this quest chain: https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/3102/2/

I have already finish the quest but still cant read the book. Please check the situation. I have search other forums of EU server, seems they got this bug a while ago.

I'm going through the same problem.
I've done all the quest chain, but the book didn't give me any knowledge. It's the last piece of knowledge to get 5 energy.
Please fix this sooner or later.

I afraid their staff probably mislook or couldn't see this post to investigate onto this bug.

I've sent a ticket with screenshots regarding it. Hopefully they're going to do something about it soon.

After Finish "Head of the Batians" quest
Just talk to "Annolisa Rosie" & consume 5 energy, then you'll get "A Talk With Elion" knowledge
