Sudden Loading Screens in-game.

Imagine you're me, and you're minding your own business WHEN SUDDENLY your horse disappears and you get a loading screen.
Now Imagine this happening every 2 minutes if not every 2 seconds.
So who is to blame?
SERVERS?
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY?
SYSTEM?
No one has ever given a sure answer about this anywhere else, and I don't think I've seen it asked in these forums yet (or at least for the past few months).
So here it is.

This loading screen happens when:-
o You are having packet lost to the server/isp
o Sharing Internet
Someone/You are downloading torrent , causes router to drop packet.
o Nowadays server is very crowded (especially during in peak time & node war),
We need more channel/server for better stability.
o Try VPN and test if the problem is gone.
o You might have a faulty driver (LAN/Wifi) .
Do a ping test on taiwan server(ip) and trobleshoot
or wait for server maintenance (every wednesday)
