Hello! I'd like voice my concerns with the current state of Black Desert SEA.

Currently we have 13 servers, including Olvia and Arsha servers. Considering according to steam chart stats there are approx 4500 player average playing. Of which probably 50 - 70% are afk. We have 300 - 500 players roaming around on the servers, especially considering the new events, including the new boss gear. Every, single, freaking, grind spot is filled. If I want to enjoy the game and grind for 6 hours, I spend 5 hours looking for a spot / switching channels. Also the steam chart stats obviously don't even include the website people, the servers are currently swarmed and because of the sudden boost in gear with the boss gear event all lower level spots are dead, and all high end spots are crowded. I would really love to see more servers for the BDO SEA, in comparison to NA / EU / JP and almost every other region the amount of channels that we have access too is way too little for the current playerbase.

Sorry for the small rant, but I'd really love to see this. I understand there needs to be some competitveness for grindspots, but there definitely shouldn't be like 5 people at ronaros, or 10 people at Polly's. Even Hystria, is literally filled in every server.

Kind regards,

Ikano.

Yes definitely not enough servers currently.

Even gathering spots are facing pvp situations.

Well said Ikano. I agree with this suggestion aswell. Most of us want more servers to further accommodate the population of players. Let's all hope that our thoughts reach the devs soon!

I honestly don't think we need anymore servers I actually think better servers with less available ones should be made. So it can handle the load of more people in single servers.

It's supposed to be contested. That's why open pvp is a thing and the war system is in place. Not sure if you were tehre a year ago, but back then grindzones were contested by GUILDS not by 1 or 2 person. Literally, want to grind gahaz? Better have 2-3 guildies along or have guild allies along (allies take corner rotation, we take main rotation, whatever else is fair game etc)

I duno, i probably have a different mindset. I'd rather meet other players in grindspots rather than an empty grindzone all to myself, grind for x hours and then logout. Why play an MMo when you can do that in a singleplayer game.

Maybe consider other less contested grindspots?
You speak of polly and ronaros, tehre are so many alternatives to those grind spots. You can probably make the same or even more silver/h and exp/h in valencia/duvencuvre grindspots.
Hystria, if you can hystria you do mirumok, stars end, aakman, manshuams, kratuga etc

Or an alternative to more servers, if the goal is for everyone to have enough grind spots is to have copied drops. For example, we don't have to be in a party, but as long as I've tagged 1 mirumok monster, the loot I will get will be the exact same as the others who tagged it. This will eliminate stealing of grind spots, and actually make friends rather than enemies, or frienemies? (sometimes they start as enemies but end up as friends).

Either More Server OR Bigger Bandwidth

and Also Faster Service or better from currently use Cloudflare Service for BDO,
Dont ask why how i know this........somehow alot of player having Same issues , Before C19 Pandamic start, Switching DNS to 1.1.1.1 can improve the game conectivity and respond time, now no longer stable

hope this info help abit to PA DEV resolve this isuess....
