Was wondering are there any alternatives on repairing both Ultimate Katan and Sandstorm Sub Weapons?, And if you use memory frags are they 1:1 ratio?

This is the ratio of memory fragments

NOTE: Amount of Durability increases x5 if used with Artisan’s Memory,

if the ultimate katan is yellow grade, the ratio will be 1:1
