Today i go AFK Fishing at one of Calpheon farm to guard my gardens and AFK Fishin in the river. Suddenly i was kicked out of the game, when i tried to login then my account has been banned because severe violation till 2048 (meaning permanent). When i clicked ok to the notices kicked out by the admin. There are an application opened called Doxillion.exe , i have no fkin clue what that was. I search online turnsout it was a Document converter software which i never even download once.

Already issuing a ticket and mailing cs for countless time, no respond.

What kind of regulation that i violated???????!!!!!

I'm a returning player from 2019, when there's an event on Season server and season character i get back to play untill 61. Then suddenly banned. 

There are one time, one freaking time some Nova accuse me of flashing, while dueling on Nouver spot waiting for it to spawn. 

She didn't know freakin Hashashin Awakening mobility skill is blinking and slashing, not speedrunning!!!!

look, this game has a very bad customer service. And the company doesn't care about you. I feel bad that this happened to you.

I feel the frustration coming within. although, I agree Pearl Abyss customer service is really slow compared to other companies. If you really have not violated anything then I do hope you get your account back.

I have just been nolifing the game streaming majority of my gameplay yet I just got banned for 'Use of illegal programs' yet I do not use illegal programs and have never used macros for BDO. Unfortunately it is a permanent ban and im just getting automated messages (funny how they accuse you have doing something automated and then reply back with automation). I have provided evidence and reasons why I think it may have trigged false positives but it is being ignored and they will not acknowledge. I have asked to take this higher and am currently waiting for a reply. I just hit over 1000 hours in the last 40ish days of consistent gameplay / afk fishing or energy regain while sleeping.

They really need to take a look at this 'new' program of theirs as it seems to be falsely banning accounts and they cannot provide evidence or real logs to support their claims. Hardcore players such as my self seem to be suffering because of this despite doing the right thing while those who break rules and bot, buy accounts, sell accounts and even hire pilots to play their accounts for them get away with it... Extremely poor customer service and to say this model is what they were suppose to be following (which allows users to find out why they are getting flagged and recieving warnings) eg. having your mouse 4-7 buttons assigned to a SINGLE keyboard key [not multiple] as they are intended and allowed by every single game INCLUDING BDO NA, or accidently leaving another games macro on and you hit it and accidently activate it and turn it off (which never gives any player advantage in the game at all and was 100% accidental), or play for long houses at a time doing the same combination of clicks and movement for particular gather spots or what ever.

Hello, thats tough bro, if the really wanted to they could ban everyone for using NVIDIA Shadowplay as that is a third party application even though it doesnt affect the game in anyway, they could still ban you for using this application, as it is still seen as a third party application. But if they did that they would lose almost all their player base.
