Totally unplayable, can't do anything, can't speak to any npcs, game is basically frozen, can't even close the game because nothing functions, I can move around but can't do anything else.

Yea it happen commonly to most of the player after patch moreover when crowded server in nodewar time. But if you play on morning its should be better than at night.
