and now i come back to play this game. but i don't know why. my PC automatic shut down.

i try in another game. my PC still good to play. like GTV 5.

please HELP!!

Same thing happens to me ever since they changed the anti cheat company from XIGNcode to Easy Anti Cheat. My old pc runs the game fine but the new computer randomly restarts, Now most people say its a psu issue but I have played far more demanding games at maxed out settings like Cyber Punk 2077, I can litrally play for days. Also no issues with any other games.

Sadly they do not care to fix this problem and just say stuff like reinstall windows and or its a problem with your computer not our problem. The rig I built is super high end and zero issues but sadly cannot play this game without a random restart every now and then. No bsod.

Ok so I think I have fixed this random restart thing, Strange permissions fix but been playing for 6 hours straight no random shut downs.

Ok so nope that was not the fix.

Now been running bdo over a few days now no issues, first check if you have file ene.sys remove it and any app tied to it if can find, generally rgb software. Or in my case was a thing always running, needed to remove in safemode.

Second I was running bluestacks to get my old Razer surrond synapps 2.0 working without stuttering. Turns out that also triggers shutdown by easy anti cheat. So remove that if you have it.
