(Asia Server-Zeveon)

Thoughts:

1. The front yard is marvellous, spacious enough and able to fit basically everything u can think of in a normal mansion.

2. Varieties of planter box, plants, flowers are definitely a great addition to liven up the exterior. Hope we can build our own maze using the plant but so far i do not think is possible.

3. Exterior decorations would be perfect if we can plant trees like what shown on the event page.

4. Would be nice if we can place table inside of the outdoor gazebo and enjoy afternoon tea there.

5. On the interior side, it is truly a let down. As the current mansion offered cant serve as a residence type of mansion, since there is no layout for bedroom. PS: I can only make in into a luxury afternoon tea cafe with the current layout. Hope that when it is being implement on live server, there will be spacious on the interior with more rooms in between.

6. The staircase just lead us directly to the balcony, and maybe considering making the interior to have atleast 2 floors with bedroom layout, with a different staircase layout instead of just straight and sloping which the current one offer.

7. Balcony is nice touch, and maybe considering adding some parasol and allow prop such as cake and coffee cup to be placed on the exterior as well. Outdoor high tea, nice addition in my opinion.

8. The window in the mansion cannot be interact which i think is normal as it would be weird sight opening such a huge window. However i do hope PA allows sunlights to shine through the windows and projects into the interior of the mansion.

9. Interior water fountain, the outdoor water fountain i would say is very elegant and if we can have an interior version of it maybe smaller size would be great.

10. Not related to mansion, but i hate to say the current mechanisms for placing chandelier and wall type decoration is horrible. As it is so difficult to keep all chandelier in a symmetrical height. Maybe considering allow player to type in the heights of chandelier they want instead of adjust using the scroll wheel. And adding gridline when placing wall decorations, maybe? To keep everything levelled perfectly, as me myself cannot tolerate with this matter. XD

Alright then enough with the chit chat, now let me just humbly present you my renovation with the current mansion offered. PS: Some image is taken in the same spot but different time to show the lighting system. Hope you liked it :D

😱 OMG this is totally another level from what others posted!!! This guy spent so much time in giving his thoughts and setting up his mansion. Nice pictures dude. Well done u deserved it

Unfortunately I couldnt rent the mansion in Global Labs so let me share my thoughts here!

The facade of the mansion is very welcoming with the perfect symmetry of the pines trees aligned. From the pictures taken above, the frontyard has a lot of potential to be decorated. 

However I feel that the walls of the mansion are a bit outdated, maybe we could have more choices on the walls such as the use of various fences or hedges.

Wow. Amazing job Yoritsune, keep it up. Maybe keep the chairs farther apart, I doubt I can squeze my tiny Shai in there to sit and enjoy a cup of tea.

Thx dude, yea i notice tat oso as of the current chair placement is impossible to squeeze in between it haha, but if i place it far enough to fit people then the table and chair would be too far apart. xD
