I would like to recommend or suggest to PA to legalize the use of VPN to reduce Desync or ping of some players as it is unfair for us player with higher ping in terms of PVP. Or PA would do something about this issue of ping and desync.

I agree. Higher ping = big disadvantage due to desync problem specially in PVP.

 I think PA should make their own VPN services.
