How i can find my email by family name?

So when first jan i join free game pass event, and then i got the game pass so my account is permanent right?

But after several months i not login and when I tried to login with the same email as i remember when i got the game pass it said "would you like to free trial? (Something like that)"

And then i start to try logingin with all my email in my phone and it same like that

So basically my account just got deleted?

Or i can find it? Pls help guys :""(

But in guild member list my account not gone
