Right after completing the Balenos region, you will then start the Serendia region and will be introduced to the 2nd main city in the game, Heidel. You normally would start this around levels 19 to 20, in my case because I'm lazy I started at 19, and would finish around levels 30 to 35. By this time, you should already have a good grasp of the game basics and how to use your chosen class to some extent.

The last quest from Clorince in Velia will ask you to go to Heidel Pass, where you will then be directed to meet Jemkas Wyrmsbane, the Node Manager of Northern Guard Camp. He will ask you to kill some goblins in the Northern Heidel Quarry, reinforce some pillars and will finally lead you to Heidel. Unlike in Balenos, most of your time in Serendia will be spent outside of Heidel when doing the Main Quest, the side quests in this city will let you explore and meet more characters inside the city.

From Heidel, the Main Quest will take you to Zara Lynch, in the Lynch Farm ruins to kill some Altar Imps, take the Main Quest from Zara and all of the side quests from the NPC beside her since these can be completed at the same time, in the same area. You can also complete a task in your Season Pass: Defeat 50 Altar Imps. Continue with the Main Quest until you are asked to go back to Heidel, where you will encounter another Crossroad.

Similar to the Crossroad in the Balenos region, you can choose whichever, with the only difference being in the Knowledge you can acquire, you can always choose the other 2 when you make an alt character. This time around I chose the 1 in the middle: Silence We're Done here. In my opinion, this option is more straightforward compared to the other 2 which are story/cutscene rich. These options will not just affect the Main Quest in Heidel, but will extend until you reach the Calpheon region.

As I have chosen the middle option, most of my Main Quests were about killing a certain number of monsters. I went from Castle Ruins, Extraction Mill, and finally to the Orc Camp, where you can complete another task in your Season Pass, Dastard Bheg. Right after this, submit the Main Quest and voila, you will receive the region completion notification for Serendia, I was surprised as I didn't expect to complete this in a few hours.

After completing this region, most of my equipment is now Naru, which is the entry level gear, which at PEN level enhancement, can be exchanged for PRI level enhancement Tuvala (except for the accessories). I also got as free bunny pet when doing the Serendia region. Now at level 35, so you should be roughly around the same level, which also completes the Season Pass task: Reach level 30, enhance your Naru Main Weapon to at least +3 using Beginner Black Stone (Weapon) to complete another task in your Season Pass before you start the Calpheon region.
