Steam BDO Sea server in Japan?

Hi everyone!
I'll be in Japan maybe next year or earlier due to work and may stay there for atleast 3 years.
Will I be able to play my Steam BDO SEA in Japan without using any vpn?
Will my SEA account be banned if ever I play there in Japan when using vpn?
Just want to make sure I'm not break any clause on BDO terms of service.
Would appreciate any response. Thank You.

Having the same problem. I'm in Japan now and can't access BDO Sea. I think the only way to do it is thru VPN. Waiting for response from others.
