1. Title: Change the BSR-Zephyr leap skill to a seperate skill that doesn't require bsr. And a seperate cool down from the normal Zephyr leap.
Reason:
25% bsr for an iframe skill is a bit too much.
2. Title: Add a bsr version for the Marked bloom skill
Reason:
Needs a better Ranged bsr , and this does it
3. Title: Replace pre awakening kick skills
Reason:
Pre awakening melee kick skills with slow animation and small hitbox on a ranged class makes no sense. Please replace them with crossbow skills.
