game lagging since august 15 2022

game is lagging at least for me since august 15 2022 midnight until now does anyone else experience it? and im sure that its not the service provider cause all other games are fine and i dont experience any problem when im using my internet

Rainbow 6 siege 38 ms and tested the same day and i connected on my friends in other games and experience no problem consistent of 30-60 ms on valheim ark survival 7d2d PZ
if its not lagging dont know why i cant interact with all npc cant open inventory cant chat but i can see other people passing by like there is no problem with the game
cant interact or use to the following (mentioning some in hotkeys so it would be easier)

can interact or use
Q,W,E,T,U,A,S,D,F,Z,X,C,V,LEFT CRTL, LEFT ALT, LEFT SHIFT, SPACE, LMB, RMB, MDMB, can interact also on icons on top like horse locator or horse retrieve, fence, residence, fairy, tag character, maids, workers, progression bar, race info, show node war installation, voice chat status, black desert video guide, find npc, and can rmb to minimap, can also locate or identify other players through pointing at the minimap with cursor, can autopath to fence through fence tab icon, can repeat or recover all workers through workers tab icon, can autopath through my residents via residence tab icon, can interact to (valuepack icon, kamasylve's Blessing's icon, appearance change coupon icon, Merv's Palette, secret book of oldmoon icon), can interact on games tip on bottom of chat frame
restarting the game or pc or the router does not work tried it a few times for 2 days j.i.c if someone to tell me to do that
