Creating Pearl ID is mandatory, but Vietnam isn't listed in country of residences.

There are even African countries without internet or basic means of play BDO in the list, but not-minor-player-based country Vietnam isn't listed.

PA has location system so when I tried to choose other country near Vietnam, it even said if I choose different country I'd not be able to change afterwards. This needs to be fixed ASAP, and let IP from Vietnam choose Country of residence 1 more time after.
