Hello BDO,
This time I am here to talk about the different types of mobs found in BDO and how you can increase your damage to them. There are various types of Extra damages in BDO outside of your Raw AP such as Monster AP/ Damage against monster, Damage Against Humans, Damage Against Kamasylvian Monsters etc. 

It is important to Remember that Moster AP/ Damage against Monsters Applies to all Non-Player Creatures in this game. So it applies to all types of Mobs as well as some things like Player summons So if you don't want to bother specializing for each type of monster. You can never go wrong with gaining 'Damage against monsters' stat.

Now let's get to how we can find out what type of mobs exist in each grind zone without having to go there and check ourselves. The thing is to go to our friend Garmoth.com and check the global grind stats page.

Once you are there, You just navigate to Global Grind. 

Now on the list of monster zones, you should find these Icons, Each telling you what kind of Mob it is. 

Let's look at each of them Briefly

Animal/Monster type mobs have no specific Damage type that works against them. Stack as much 'Damage Against Monsters' stat

Human-type mobs take extra damage if you have the 'Damage Against Humans' stat. You can gain them from Crystals such as RBF crystals, Lightstones and elixirs such as Human Hunt Exlir. Human damage also works against Player characters hence, It could work for your PVP needs as well. 
Popular Human Mobs are Abandoned Monastery, Bloody Monastery, Biraghi Den etc. 

DemiHuman mobs take extra damage from 'Damage against DemiHumans' stat. Can be obtained usually from lightstones and Elixirs. 
Popular Demihuman Mobs are Quint Hill, Orc Camp, stars end, etc. 

Kamasylvian mobs take extra damage from 'Damage against Kamasylvian Monsters' stat. It is a popular stat to obtain for PVE players as a lot of endgame mobs need it and as well as The Popularity of Griffon elixir that provides it. It is important to remember that contrary to how the name sounds, These are not just Monsters in the Kamaslyvian region, There are other mobs outside of it which could as Kamasylvian mobs as well. Hence it is important to check the list before jumping to conclusions.
Popular Kamasylvian mobs are Manshaums, Ronaros, Oluns Valley, Gyfin Rhasia Temple, etc.
