Marni house of horror conflicts with crossroads 3 storyline

The marni house of horrors occupies the entrance to the gluttoni cave that is autopath by the main story crossroads 3 quest "Discussion of trade rights". Autopathing to the said quest will transport your character into the labyrinth and kill off your mount.
