None Blackstar Boss Gears Needs To Be Updated.

Problem -
The BS weapon damage in PVE is so much higher than a C20 Dande, Kzarka and Kutum that it feels like you're wasting your time grinding with it at end game spots. but BS PVP damage is only 4 less extra all species damage.
Suggestions:
- Make the gap smaller in PVE and make it only 20-25 more monster AP gap instead of 60+.
- Make it a choice and boost the "Extra all species damage" of the none BS boss gears.
