Hi guys, 

Good Day!

Its been a while since I last played BDO SEA, I tried to download it yesterday and i was able to play the game. Then, today when I tried to re-open BDO client, an error message apeared. "The code execution cannot proceed because steam_api.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I tried the following steps to fix the issue but still getting the same error. Can someone help me fix this?

These are the steps that I made to fix the issue:

1. Reinstall the BDO client

- After reinstalling the game, I was able to login again because the patcher appears but when I close it and tried to reopen the patcher, the same error message appears "missing steam_api.dll...." :(

2. Check on google how to fix the steam_api.dll

- check on youtube how to fix steam_api.dll

- downloaded a steam_api.dll app extension

- paste it on my BDO Folder and System32 

- restart my laptop

Unfortunately, the error message still appears. :(
