Acoin not recieved and payment still pending

I bought acoin 2 times today and both are in pending one for like 15hours other one is like 4hours now and the money has been deducted from my bank account and still there's no sign or Acoin in my game account also i opened two tickets one for each no one has responded me till now poor PA customer service
